I AM FROM AUSTRIA - Concert performance 2025

After the great success of the concert performances of ELISABETH, I AM FROM AUSTRIA - The Musical with the hits of Rainhard Fendrich by Titus Hoffmann and Christian Struppeck will celebrate its premiere in summer 2025 as a large semi-staged version in the breathtaking atmosphere of the Court of Honor at Schönbrunn Palace. In the year of Rainhard Fendrich's 70th birthday, two performances of this version specially adapted for the open-air stage will take place in Vienna on July 3 and 4, 2025.

The audience can look forward to an evening full of humor, charm and romance as well as over 20 Rainhard Fendrich hits such as "Macho Macho", "Haben Sie Wien schon bei Nacht geseh'n", "Es lebe der Sport", "Blond", "Strada del Sole", "Tango Korrupti", "Nix is Fix", "Weus'd a Herz hast wie a Bergwerk" and of course the title song "I Am From Austria" in front of an impressive imperial setting.

I AM FROM AUSTRIA, which celebrated a brilliant world premiere at the Raimund Theater in 2017 in a production by internationally renowned director Andreas Gergen, is a great musical full of humor, charm and romance, surprising and touching, with a story about love, friendship and family. After two sold-out seasons in Vienna, an equally sold-out Japanese series in Osaka and Tokyo and over three quarters of a million visitors worldwide, the hit musical will return to the venue of its world premiere next summer in a semi-staged production with a large orchestra.
