In a concert version, sung in English, the last seven days of Jesus Christ in Jersualem are told from the critical perspective of Judas and brought to the stage for Easter attunement.
After the brilliant success in 2011 and 2012, Andrew Lloyd Webber's world-famous rock opera JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR will again be seen at VBW at Easter 2015 - this time at the RAIMUND THEATER.
In 2015 Werner Sobotka will direct the new production. The electrifying early work of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice still leads audiences worldwide to storms of enthusiasm and has not lost any of its fascinating appeal since its premiere over 40 years ago.
