Musicals touch, enchant and whisk you away into a magical world. This is exactly what the Raimund Theater offers a stage for. 130 years of theatre history have left their mark. International musical hits and numerous in-house productions by Vereinigte Bühnen Wien have thrilled audiences day after day, making a general refurbishment of the historic theatre, which has hosted countless audience favourites, necessary. In the course of the renovation, the seating in the auditorium was also completely renewed. The focus was on particularly comfortable, high-quality and visually appealing armchairs. Take on a very personal chair sponsorship and give your favourite chair your name. As a thank you for your commitment, you will receive your own nameplate on the selected chair in the assembly hall. You can also give the chair as a gift: for a birthday, Christmas, wedding or anniversary! Use it to say ‘Thank you’, ‘I love you’ or ‘Congratulations’.

As a thank you for your chair sponsorship you will receive:
A personalised name plate on your chair

* Conditions of participation: The symbolic sponsorship does not entitle the sponsor to a seat. The location of the chair may be changed depending on production. In this case, you will be contacted by us personally. However, we will endeavour to keep the desired seat. If your seat is already occupied on the invitation date, cannot be allocated or if you are unable to attend, we will provide you with an alternative date for a subsequent performance (with the exception of the premiere). The sponsorship is valid for 3 years and can be extended on request. We ask for your understanding that your sponsorship contribution is not deductible as a donation. A maximum of 18 characters per line and a maximum of two lines are possible on the nameplate on your chair. We will check your text entry and contact you if anything is unclear. We reserve the right not to accept texts that are not compatible with our values and guidelines. All orders received by VBW by 3 January 2025 will be considered for performances from February 2025. February 2025 is therefore also the beginning of the term of the chair sponsorship. The purchaser/contractual partner assures VBW that he has clarified and complies with any personal and name rights with regard to the intended inscription on the nameplate of the armchair that is the subject of the contract. The ordering party/contractual partner declares that any rights holders agree to the use of their name or any other protected designation within the scope of the ‘Chair Sponsorship’ campaign and shall indemnify and hold VBW harmless in this respect.
