VBW MUSICAL KIDS CLUB

 

Acting, singing, dancing and having fun? Not only watching a musical, but trying it out yourself? All this is possible at the VBW MUSICAL KIDS CLUB. In these independently organized workshops, children immerse themselves in the world of musicals. They get to know the theatre and discover the world of the current VBW musical productions. The workshops are aimed at all children who enjoy singing, dancing and acting. No previous knowledge is required. Special feature: As part of the workshops, we go on stage and take a look behind the scenes.

  • Discover the magic of musicals

    Are you ready to immerse yourself in the colourful world of musicals? Start your journey with an exclusive stage tour. Explore the secret corners behind the scenes and discover where the big shows come to life. Afterwards, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the world of singing, dancing and acting and try it out for yourself. Slip into different roles, discover your voice and learn some thrilling choreography!

  • Secrets behind the mask

    Who were the sinister Phantom, the charming Raoul and the talented Christine? What world was hidden behind their stories and why do they still fascinate us today? In this workshop, we dive deep into the exciting world of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA. We will sing a song from the musical, rehearse a choreography, get to know the characters better and discover mystical and hidden secrets surrounding the legend of the Phantom. As a special highlight, an exclusive stage tour of the Raimund Theatre awaits you - in front of and behind the scenes!

  • Rock Your Dreams: In the footsteps of Falco

    Falco wanted to be a pop star. Have you ever asked yourself what your biggest dream is? What do you wish for or what do you want to be when you grow up? How do you actually fulfill your dreams and what happens if it doesn't work out? We sing and dance a song from the musical ROCK ME AMADEUS - THE FALCO MUSICAL, work on our stage presence and find out what's behind the fame and how to deal with setbacks. An exclusive stage tour on and backstage at the Ronacher awaits you.

    Entrance: 15 minutes before the workshop starts (8:45 a.m. or 12:15 p.m.) at the stage entrance, Strohmayergasse 10, 1060 Vienna
     
  • Location of the dates on 09.11.2024 and 21.12.2024: RONACHER
    Entrance: 15 minutes before the workshop starts (8:45 a.m. or 12:15 p.m.) at the side entrance, Himmelpfortgasse 25, 1010 Vienna
     
  • Accompanying person: The VBW MUSICAL KIDS CLUB takes place without an accompanying person.
  • Ticket: € 20,- per child (workshop plus backstage tour)
  • Bring along: comfortable clothes, sneakers/ballet slippers/gymnastic slippers or non-slip socks, water bottle, snack

  • Extra: You will receive the conditions of participation by e-mail about one week before the workshop date.
