The two most successful German-language musical authors Michael Kunze & Sylvester Levay ("Elisabeth", "Mozart!") have created another magnificent masterpiece that has already captivated more than 2 million visitors* worldwide in 12 countries and 10 languages. The spectacular production, based on the world-famous novel by Daphne du Maurier, can finally be experienced again in Vienna after many international stops in the captivating staging by US star director Francesca Zambello.

    Nienke Latten comes from Voorburg in the Netherlands. Since early childhood, her great passion has been dance and acting. In 2012, at the age of 17, she was accepted for a preparatory year at the Tilburg Conservatory, where she began her regular studies just one year later, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in May 2017. In Tilburg she received - among many other subjects - intensive singing lessons from Edward Hoepelman and could already be seen as Maria in WEST SIDE STORY during her training. After her training, Nienke Latten took on the lead role of Tessa in the Dutch and Belgian touring production of DER GESTIEFELTE KATER. From 2018 to 2021, she appeared as Jasmine in Disney's ALADDIN in Hamburg and Stuttgart. Most recently, she was on stage as Mira in ONE - DE MUSICAL in Amsterdam.

    Born in Frankfurt, he received his training at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute New York and at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien. While still a student, he played roles at VBW including Pygar in BARBARELLA and Tybalt in ROMEO & JULIETTE. Afterwards he appeared on stage as Radames in AIDA, Fiyero in WICKED - THE WIZARD OF OZ, Ranger in DER SCHUH DES MANITU, as well as Galileo in WE WILL ROCK YOU. He embodied Death in ELISABETH in Vienna and in parallel Jesus in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR in Bonn and was seen as Lancelot in the world premiere of ARTUS - EXCALIBUR at the Theater St.Gallen as well as again as Death in ELISABETH in Shanghai and on tour in Germany. This was followed by Prince Archbishop Colloredo in MOZART! and the title role in SCHIKANEDER at the Raimund Theater. As Count von Krolock in DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES he appeared on stage in Berlin, Stuttgart and Vienna. In PRETTY WOMAN in Hamburg he could be seen as Edward Lewis. Most recently, he played Robin Hood in ROBIN HOOD - DAS MUSICAL in Fulda and embodied Death in the concert highlight ELISABETH at Schönbrunn 2022 - as he did in 2019.

    Born in Vienna, he completed his training at the Conservatory of the City of Vienna. Engagements at home and abroad followed, including as Chè in EVITA, Judas in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and Mackie Messer in DREIGROSCHENOPER. At VBW he was engaged as Utterson in JEKYLL & HYDE, Prince of Verona in ROMEO & JULIETTE and as Sam in MAMMA MIA! He has also appeared on stage as Captain von Trapp in THE SOUND OF MUSIC, Moonface Martin in ANYTHING GOES, Cornelius Hackl in HELLO, DOLLY!, Nick Arnstein in FUNNY GIRL and as Chip in ON THE TOWN. Operetta engagements include Leopold and Sigismund in IM WEISSEN RÖSSL, Count Boni in DIE CSÁRDÁSFÜRSTIN and Louis Philipp in DIE BAJADERE. He made guest appearances at the Wiener Kammerspiele as Jerry in SUGAR - MANCHE MÖGENS HEISS, Vincent di Ruzzio in LUCKY STIFF and in 39 STUFEN.     Ana Milva Gomes is Dutch with Cape Verdean roots and studied in Amsterdam. She moved to the German-speaking world for Nehebka and later the title role in AIDA. Engagements in LION KING and Disney's TARZAN followed, and she also appeared as a soloist in BEST OF MUSICAL. At the VBW, she has appeared on stage as Deloris van Cartier in SISTER ACT, Maria Magdalena in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and Paulette Buonufonté in NATÜRLICH BLOND. In MAMMA MIA! she embodied the world's first dark-skinned Donna and was nominated for the Austrian Music Theatre Award for the role of Baroness von Waldstätten in MOZART! Further engagements included Betty Jean in WINTER WONDERETTES/ Kammerspiele, Oda Mae Brown in GHOST - DAS MUSICAL/Linz, Inez in ZORRO and the title role in CARMEN/ Winzendorf, Shug Avery in DIE FARBE LILA/Amsterdam and Justice Charlier in ROCK OF AGES/Amstetten. She was a finalist in the 11th season of "Dancing Stars" and received the Broadway- World Austria Award for the best supporting role in a musical for her impersonation of Nicki Marron in BODYGUARD - DAS MUSICAL (VBW).     James Park was born in Korea and studied classical singing at the Robert Schumann Musikhochschule Düsseldorf. After graduating, he became a member of the Opera Studio Niederrhein of the Theater Krefeld-Mönchengladbach and participated in various opera and musical productions. These include DER ROSENKAVALIER, PETER GRIMES, DER BARBIER VON SEVILLA, HOFFMANNS ERZÄHLUNGEN, the operetta premiere of WÄR NUR DIE SEHNSUCHT NICHT SO GROSS, the baroque opera pastiche THE GODS MUST BE CRAZY, the crime musical DAS GEHEIMNIS DES EDWIN DROOD, LEND ME A TENOR! (OTELLO DARF NICHT PLATZEN) and MY FAIR LADY. For the production DER GOLDENE DRACHE at Theater Krefeld, James was nominated as NRW's best young singer for his role of Junger Asiat by Opernwelt critic Regine Müller in "Welt am Sonntag," and last season he made his debut in the same role at the Semperoper Dresden. In addition to his operatic career, he can be heard as a soloist in concert, ensembles and choral formations. Most recently, he appeared at the Raimund Theater as Thuy in MISS SAIGON.

    The Viennese has been on stage practically without interruption since his earliest childhood. After his time with the Vienna Boys' Choir, he played Gavroche in the German-language premiere of LES MISÉRABLES at the Raimund Theater in 1988, and in the years that followed was the "theater kid on the block" at almost all Viennese theaters, especially the Volkstheater. He achieved great fame when Roman Polanski cast him as Alfred in the world premiere of DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES in 1997. He embodied the leading roles Sky Masterson in GUYS AND DOLLS, Petrucchio in KISS ME, KATE and Professor Higgins in MY FAIR LADY. At Stage Entertainment Ulrich Allroggen could be seen as Bill in MAMMA MIA!, Axel in ICH WAR NOCH NIEMALS IN NEW YORK and Scar in DER KÖNIG DER LÖWEN. For BODYGUARD he came to Vienna, where he also played George in ASPECTS OF LOVE. Most recently he could be seen in Nuremberg as President Chamoix in MÄRCHEN IM GRAND HOTEL.

    Philipp Dietrich completed his training as a musical performer at the Joop van den Ende Academy in Hamburg, under the direction of Perrin Manzer Allen, and successfully graduated in 2012. His first engagements took him to the Theater Bielefeld, where he was seen in the title role of Tommy in THE WHO'S TOMMY and in DIE HEXEN VON EASTWICK. Afterwards his way led him to the Theater des Westens in Berlin for GEFÄHRTEN. Furthermore he was on stage in TITANIC - DAS MUSICAL, DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES, FLASHDANCE, ARTUS - EXCALIBUR, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (as Jesus), as well as in BODYGUARD at the VBW.     Marja Hennicke was already drawn to Vienna for her musical studies at the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität. After her bachelor's degree followed engagements in the touring production of SHREK - DAS MUSICAL, the world premiere of DON CAMILLO & PEPPONE in St.Gallen and at the Ronacher Vienna, as well as June in CHICAGO at the Domfestspiele in Magdeburg. An engagement in DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES brought her to Berlin's Theater des Westens and subsequently also to Oberhausen and Stuttgart, where she was seen as the vampire and first cast Rebecca. She has also performed the role of Tracy Turnblad in HAIRSPRAY at Theater Baden bei Wien, Theater Dortmund, on tour and at Staatstheater Nürnberg.

    Annemarie Lauretta was born in Utrecht. Directly after her studies she went to Hamburg, where she embodied the fortune teller in Disney's ALADDIN until the end of October 2018. After that, Annemarie Lauretta was in SISTER ACT in Lucerne as cover Deloris van Cartier and in the ensemble. This was followed by another engagement for Disney's ALADDIN in Stuttgart, before she appeared in PRETTY WOMAN - DAS MUSICAL in Hamburg as cover Kit de Luca and Violetta as well as in the ensemble.     Ariane Swoboda graduated from the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien and the Studio Theater an der Wien. For 30 years she has appeared in VBW productions, including GREASE, DIE SCHÖNE UND DAS BIEST, ELISABETH, TANZ DER VAMPIRE, JEKYLL & HYDE, THE PRODUCERS, EVITA, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and I AM FROM AUSTRIA. She has also participated in numerous municipal theater productions - especially in St. Gallen, Bregenz, Klagenfurt, Baden and at the Graz Opera - including ARTUS - EXCALIBUR, DER MANN VON LA MANCHA, ANATEVKA, HELLO, DOLLY!, HAIRSPRAY, SWEET CHARITY, XANADU, WEST SIDE STORY and ANYTHING GOES. She has appeared in various revues at the Kabarett Simpl. For several years she has been teaching song interpretation and has written the book "Mein Audition-Journal" as a guide for students.

In 2011 she toured Europe with CATS and made her musical debut as Swing, Jellylorum/Griddlebone and Jenny Fleckenreich. This was followed by REBECCA (cover "Ich") and MAMMA MIA! (Ali and Sophie) in Stuttgart. In SHREK - DAS MUSICAL Denise was Assistant Dance Captain, Swing and cover Fiona, in Disney's TARZAN she impersonated Jane among others. In Berlin, she appeared in SISTER ACT as Mary Robert, among others, and in Stuttgart in 2018 she was convincing in the title role of MARY POPPINS. In Hamburg, she appeared on stage in KINKY BOOTS as Nicola, among others. In 2019, her path led her to her homeland, where, after the concert performance of ELISABETH at Schönbrunn, she also appeared in CATS as Swing, Jellylorum/Griddlebone, Jenny Fleckenreich and Grizabella.

Furthermore he was engaged as Cross Swing in DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES at the Theater des Westens, in the ensemble in ICH WAR NOCH NIEMALS IN NEW YORK on the Stage Entertainment Tour as well as at the Theater an der Elbe, as Spirit of Fosse in CHICAGO at the Theater des Westens and at the Deutsches Theater Munich. He was also Dance Captain of the production ALL MALE HMS PINAFORE and PIPE DREAM in London.

    Tommie Luyben was born in Tilburg, the Netherlands, and began his artistic training here in childhood at the Fontys Dance Academy. He then went to the Rotterdam Dance Academy and attended the Amsterdam School of the Arts. Abroad, Tommie Luyben studied at Purchase College in New York and at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London. His first successes were in the Netherlands, where he appeared in HET BETERE WERK, LE TEMPS DE ISOMO and CATS. He also played there in DOE MAAR!, FAME, JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, WE WILL ROCK YOU and WICKED. In Germany, he appeared in WICKED, CATS, WEST SIDE STORY, GREASE and MAMMA MIA! In addition, he was in front of the camera for the television series "Annie M.G.", "'t Spaanse Schaep" and "Moeder, ik wil bij de Revue". He also works as a theater producer and realized numerous own projects. In addition, he writes for various magazines and websites.

    Shari Lynn Stewen graduated from the Joop van den Ende Academy in her hometown of Hamburg. She developed the role Die junge Claire in DER BESUCH DER ALTEN DAME for the Thunerseespiele, played among others the roles Ingrid Lubanski and Annette Ackermann in DAS WUNDER VON BERN at the Theater an der Elbe Hamburg, was as Swing and Ass. Dance Captain in the world premiere of SCHIKANEDER at the Raimund Theater in Vienna and impersonated Mary Poppins in MARY POPPINS in Stuttgart and Hamburg. She performed in CATCH ME IF YOU CAN, FLASHDANCE and WÜSTENBLUME and was most recently seen at the Theater des Westens in Berlin in KU'DAMM 56 as Swing, cover Caterina/Helga and Ass. Dance Captain.

    Michael Kunze comes from an Austrian family, was born in Prague and grew up in Germany. After studying law and earning his doctorate, he began working as a songwriter. When he was dissatisfied with the production of his songs, he produced them himself. He quickly became a successful songwriter and an internationally known pop producer. Over six hundred chart successes, including two number one hits in America, earned him 79 gold and platinum records, an Echo Lifetime Award and the US Grammy. Stars who owe him hits include Gilbert Bécaud, Peter Alexander, Nana Mouskouri, Gitte Haenning, Peter Maffay, Julio Iglesias and Sister Sledge. He also penned over 100 Udo Jürgens lyrics, including "Griechischer Wein" and "Ich war noch niemals in New York". In addition, he developed lasting TV formats and wrote, among other things, the "Peter Alexander Show" for ORF. In the 1980s, he moved from the recording studio to the theater. Initially, he worked on German adaptations of international musical successes such as EVITA, CATS, DAS PHANTOM DER OPER, Disney's DER GLÖCKNER VON NOTRE DAME, DER KÖNIG DER LÖWEN, MAMMA MIA! and WICKED. He has been developing original musicals since the 1990s. Already with his first work ELISABETH (music: Sylvester Levay), he advanced to become the internationally most performed German-language playwright. His subsequent works TANZ DER VAMPIRE (Jim Steinman), MOZART!, REBECCA, LADY BESS and MARIE ANTOINETTE (all set to music by Sylvester Levay) also became international successes. He is considered the creator of the DramaMusical, a new genre of musical theater. He was the only librettist from the German-speaking world to reach Broadway. His pop oratorios DIE ZEHN GEBOTE and LUTHER (music: Dieter Falk) filled large European halls. In 2017, his work DON CAMILLO & PEPPONE (music: Dario Farina) was shown at the Ronacher. His musical MATTERHORN (music: Albert Hammond), premiered in St. Gallen in 2018, deals with the highly topical subject of the threat to nature posed by man. His works have been and are being performed in Paris, Moscow, Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo. In addition to musical librettos, he has written several non-fiction books, a play about Bertolt Brecht's wife (LENYA), political cabaret texts for the Munich Lach- und Schießgesellschaft, and the book for the opera RAOUL (music: Gershon Kingsley). In addition, Michael Kunze is the author of scientific treatises and books of legal history. The Göttingen Academy of Sciences honored him for this in 2016 with the Brothers Grimm Medal. He is currently working on a non-fiction book on legal history entitled DAS UNSICHTBARE RECHT. Michael Kunze is a member of the US Dramatists Guild, Inc.

    Sylvester Levay was born in Hungary and came to Germany in the early 1960s. From 1963 to 1972 he worked with various orchestras throughout Europe. He moved to Munich and made a name for himself as a composer, conductor, pianist and arranger. While working with stars such as Udo Jürgens, Gitte Haenning, Katja Ebstein, Penny McLean and Donna Summer, he met Michael Kunze. They had their joint international breakthrough in 1975 with the hit "Fly, Robin, Fly", for which they received a Grammy Award in the category "Rhythm and Blues". Other hits followed, such as "Get Up And Boogie" and "Lady Bump." Between 1977 and 1980, Sylvester Levay composed and produced for internationally known artists such as Elton John, Donna Summer and Sister Sledge. As a new challenge, he then concentrated on composing film music. His classical music training and experience as a rock and pop composer made him a sought-after composer in Hollywood within a few years. Sylvester Levay lived and worked in Hollywood for 20 years. During this time, world stars such as George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, Sylvester Stallone, Charlie Sheen and Michael Douglas were among his clients. He is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts Sciences (NARAS) and the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) and lectured on film composition at the American universities UCLA and USC. In German television productions, Sylvester Levay wrote the music for the "Golden Lion", the "German Television Award", the "Bambi" or the television series "Medicopter 117", among others. In Hollywood, he set the successful series "Airwolf" to music. Since the 1990s, he has created the musicals HEXEN HEXEN, ELISABETH and MOZART! with Michael Kunze. Again he was internationally successful, especially with ELISABETH, which has been performed in 14 countries so far. Commissioned by the Japanese production company TOHO, Sylvester Levay and Michael Kunze created the musical MARIE ANTOINETTE, which premiered in Tokyo in November 2006 and had its German-language premiere in Bremen in 2009. Also in 2006, REBECCA, based on the novel of the same name by Daphne du Maurier, enjoyed great success in Vienna and was subsequently seen in 12 countries. In April 2014, his latest collaboration with Michael Kunze, the musical LADY BESS premiered in Tokyo and was followed in 2016 by his pop musical THE CREST OF THE ROYAL FAMILY. Titled SYLVESTER LEVAY & HIS FRIENDS - THE MUSICALS OF KUNZE & LEVAY IN CONCERT, a series of gala concerts featuring the songs of Sylvester Levay and Michael Kunze were held at the Shanghai Culture Square Theatre in China in September 2019. This was followed by the German premiere of LADY BESS in St. Gallen on February 19, 2022.

    Francesca Zambello is an internationally acclaimed opera and theater director whose work can be seen around the world. She is Artistic and Executive Director of the Glimmerglass Festival and Artistic Director of the Washington National Opera. For both institutions, she has created extensive new play development programs that have led to the production of many new works, large and small. From 2006 to 2009, she was Artistic Advisor to the San Francisco Opera and was awarded the San Francisco Opera Medal for Artistc Excellence. In addition, she received the Chevalier des Arts et des Letters from the French government for her contribution to French culture and was honored by the Russian Federation with the Medal for Services to Culture. Her other awards include three Olivier Awards from the London Society of Theatres and two Evening Standard Awards each for Best Musical and Best Opera. She was twice awarded the French Grand Prix des Critiques for her work at the Paris Opera. Other awards include Best Production in Japan, the Palme d'Or in Germany, a Golden Mask in Russia, and the Helpmann Award in Australia. She was recently awarded a Knighthood of the Order of the Star of Italy for her contribution to the promotion of Italian musical and operatic heritage in the United States and worldwide. She has been a guest lecturer at Havard, Julliard and Yale. An American who grew up in Europe, she speaks French, Italian, German and Russian. She is a graduate of Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.

    Robert Wann was born in Mainz. He realized various theater and concert projects with the Mainzer Kammerspiele and was Artistic Director of the musical ELEGIES, Stage Manager at SUNSET BOULEVARD in Niedernhausen and at Disney's DIE SCHÖNE UND DAS BIEST in Stuttgart. He was assistant to Harry Kupfer for the revival of ELISABETH (1997, Theater an der Wien), stage manager for CHICAGO, LA BOHÈME (Bregenz Festival), WEST SIDE STORY as well as for the Vienna Festival and production manager for the world premiere of MOZART! at JEKYLL & HYDE, ELISABETH 2003-2005 (supervisor for VBW in Japan and Korea), and at the world premieres of REBECCA and RUDOLF - AFFAIRE MAYERLING at the Raimund Theater.     Birgit Hutter was born in Vienna and studied painting at the University of Applied Arts in her hometown and at the Art Students League in New York City. She received her diploma in the class for stage design and costume at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. She also completed a degree in theater studies. She worked as an assistant to Vivienne Westwood and Marc Bohan and taught at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. For many years she has been one of the most renowned costume designers for film, television and theater. Among the directors she has worked with are Xaver Schwarzenberger, Christoph Stark, Philipp Stölzl, Xavier Koller, Michael Verhoeven, Raúl Ruiz, Urs Egger, Luc Bondy, Peter Patzak, Oliver Hirschbiegl, Roger Spottiswood, Axel Corti, Jürgen Flimm, George Tabori, Mike Figgis and Carlos Saura. She has created sets and costumes for works ranging from Shakespeare to Turrini at virtually all of Austria's major theaters, including the Staatoper, Burgtheater, Volksoper, Theater in der Josefstadt and Volkstheater. Further engagements have taken her to the Schiller Theater in Berlin, the Thalia Theater in Hamburg, the Munich Kammerspiele, the Salzburg Festival, the Reichenau Festival and the Teatro La Fenice.     Video Design

    S. Katy Tucker creates videos and projections for live performances and works internationally, often in opera. She collaborates with composers and musicians such as Paul McCartney, Helga Davis, Pamela Z and cellist Amanda Gookin. Her creations have been seen around the world, including at the Metropolitan Opera, New York City Ballet, Carnegie Hall, Park Avenue Armory, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), San Francisco Opera, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Netherlands National Opera, Sydney Opera House, Theater St.Gallen, and Canadian Opera Company. She began her career as a painter and installation artist and has exhibited her work in a number of galleries including the Corcoran Museum, Dupont Underground, Dillon Gallery, and Artist's Space in New York City. She co-developed her video installation "Stone Memory" with Blake Manns, commissioned by the Kennedy Center and the Washington National Opera. Her recent productions include: EURYDICE directed by Mary Zimmerman and Verdi's REQUIEM at the Metropolitan Opera, FLORENCIA EN EL AMAZONAS at Lyric Opera of Chicago directed by Francesca Zambello, ORPHEUS AND EURYDICE at Seattle Opera, and the world premiere of CASTOR AND PATIENCE.     Sound Design

    Trained in Europe and the USA, Tom Strebel works in sound design, consulting, audio engineering, event and studio production, and studio design. He has worked with composer Niki Reiser to produce numerous film scores, including "Jenseits der Stille" (German Film Award for "Best Film Score") and "Nirgendwo in Afrika" (2002 German Film Award, 2003 Oscar for "Best Foreign Language Film"). Since the mid-90s, Thomas Strebel has created the sound design for musicals across Europe and Asia. In 2016, Volker Hesse invited him to the opening of the Gotthard Road Tunnel. In 2009, he was awarded the German Theater Prize for his sound design at the Einsiedler Welttheater.

    He has been the Technical Director and Sound Designer for the successful music show "Basel Tattoo" since 2005. Since 2012, he has created the sound design for many musicals in Vienna, including "ELISABETH", "EVITA", "MOZART!", "REBECCA", "DON CAMILLO & PEPPONE", and "DANCE OF THE VAMPIRES". He has also worked on several VBW productions in Antwerp, Shanghai, Moscow and St. Petersburg.

  • Herbert Pichler

    Herbert Pichler graduated from the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz. He has been working as an artist in Vienna since 1989 and also teaches at the Institute for Popular Music at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. He was musical director of, among others, MISS SAIGON, BARBARELLA, HAIR, MAMMA MIA! and BODYGUARD (all VBW), the new version of CABARET with Maria Bill (Volkstheater Wien) and the TV show "Ein Saitensprung" with Rainhard Fendrich. He has worked as a conductor for productions such as DER BAUER ALS MILLIONÄR (Landestheater Linz), "Musical!- Die Show" (ORF 2007) and I AM FROM AUSTRIA (VBW). Since the first season of the ORF show "Dancing Stars" he has also been the conductor of the Star Orchestra. Other examples of his varied musical activities include orchestral projects with Thomas Quasthoff, the mdw project CUBE, musical direction of the Nestroy Theater Prize, collaboration with the Mozarteum Chamber Orchestra and several projects with Herbert Pixner and the Tonkünstler Orchestra. As an arranger and musician, Herbert Pichler has worked on CD productions and TV shows with artists* such as Nina Hagen, Marianne Faithful and Chaka Khan, with whom he worked on the opening of the Vienna Festival in 2005, as well as with The Supremes, Harry Belafonte, Patricia Kaas, Placido Domingo, the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra, Jos. Carreras, Luciano Pavarotti, Dave Stewart, Jim Steinman, Simply Red, Gloria Gaynor and many musical stars.

Am 7. Jänner 2024 feierte die VBW-Erfolgsproduktion REBECCA Dernière im Wiener Raimund Theater. Es war ein außergewöhnlich berührender Nachmittag: Ein letztes Mal hob sich der Vorhang für den romantisch-mitreißenden Musicalthriller auf Manderley - nach nicht enden wollendem Applaus, minutenlangen Standing Ovations, großem Jubel und auch einigen Tränen bei Zuseher*innen wie Darsteller*innen verabschiedete sich das Musical aus seiner Heimatstadt.

Gestern, 22. September 2022 war es endlich soweit: Der Musicalthriller REBECCA aus der Feder von Michael Kunze & Sylvester Levay feierte große Gala-Premiere im Raimund Theater.  

Die Stimmung im Theater war spektakulär: Mit minutenlangem tosenden Applaus und stehenden Ovationen würdigte das Publikum die atemberaubende Inszenierung und hochkarätig besetzte Cast.

Aufgrund der Rekordsumme von bereits über 200.000 verkauften Tickets und fast täglich ausverkauften Vorstellungen wird die VBW-Erfolgsproduktion REBECCA bis Anfang Jänner 2024 verlängert. 

Intendant Christian Struppeck zeigt den legendären VBW-Musicalthriller aus der Feder von Michael Kunze & Sylvester Levay, der nach vielen internationalen Stationen in einer spektakulären Neuinszenierung nun in Wien wieder enorme Erfolge beim Publikum feiert, auch nach der Sommerpause im Raimund Theater.
